PrintForce CRM ("the app") is an internal business tool operated by Blackout Screenprinting, Denver, Colorado. These terms apply to everyone who signs in to it.
Who may use it
Only Blackout Screenprinting staff whose Google account the shop has authorized. Access can be changed or removed at any time.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only for Blackout Screenprinting business.
- Keep customer information confidential and don't copy it out of the app except to do your job.
- Don't share your sign-in or try to reach information your role doesn't allow.
Google services
The app sends email and manages files using the shop's own Google accounts, as described in the privacy policy. Use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms.
No warranty
The app is provided as is for internal use. Blackout Screenprinting isn't liable for losses from interruptions or errors, beyond what the law requires.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
