PrintForce CRM is the internal shop management app for Blackout Screenprinting, a screen printing shop in Denver, Colorado. Only Blackout Screenprinting staff can sign in. It isn't a public service.
What it does
- Tracks customers and leads, quotes, orders, art proofs, production, shipments and payment status.
- Prices screen printing jobs from the shop's own price tables.
- Schedules jobs on a production board and calendar, and shows how much press time is committed each week.
How it uses Google
- Google sign-in: staff sign in with their Google account. Only accounts the shop has added can get in.
- Gmail: the shop's own account ([email protected]) sends proof emails and reminders to customers. The app only sends mail; it doesn't read the inbox.
- Google Drive: the shop's print floor account creates and organizes job folders, art templates, purchase order sheets, printing notes and proof files.
